These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ACE Academy and any related services operated by ACE Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ACE Academy is a gamified micro-learning platform that provides lessons, quizzes, and exercises across multiple educational tracks. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aceacademy.so if you suspect unauthorised access.

ACE Academy Pro is a recurring monthly subscription priced at €2.00 (EUR) per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid, except where required by applicable law.

Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our content or data at scale.
• Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or security measures.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content on ACE Academy — including lessons, code exercises, graphics, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to ACE Academy and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to any content you create or submit on the platform (e.g., notes, code solutions). By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational and learning purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACE Academy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ACE Academy is incorporated (to be specified). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
